Information We Collect

* Information we receive from you on applications or other forms (such as your name, address, social security number, and payment instructions.
* Information you may provide during visits to our web site.
* Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others.

Information We Share
We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers or former customers to any non-affiliated entity except as described below and otherwise permitted by law.

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to Provider Law Firms and companies that assist us in the servicing or administration of the product that you have requested or authorized.


When information is shared with companies that perform services on our behalf, we protect against the subsequent disclosure of that information with a confidentiality agreement.

In no event do we disclose your personal information to companies that will use that information to contact you about their own products or services.



DATA SECURITY


Credit card information is submitted using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions) or if you prefer, you can telephone or fax your card information to us. In case you are a registered customer, your order information and purchase history are protected by a password that you set.

We require only the personal information that is needed for safely processing your online order and for contacting you about your transactions. It is used exclusively for that purpose.



RETURN POLICY

 

Shipping charges are the customers responsibility.

 

Returns must contain all of the original manufacturer’s packaging.

 

Manufacturer’s standard accessories must be included in the original factory packing when making a return.  Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your credit.

 

Claims must be made within 15 days of  receipt of merchandise.  Responsibility falls on the customer to inspect the merchandise within those 15 days.

 

If the case arises that any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to either refuse the return, or to charge a minimum charge for restocking of 15%, depending on the condition of said return.

 

wealsite.com is not responsible for returns lost by the shipping company.


Defective Exchange:
Any product which appears to have an initial defect within 15 days of delivery, may be returned for a replacement (for the identical model) without being subject to any restocking fees. We are not responsible for shipping charges on defective merchandise. Defective units must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Exchange for a different item:
Exchange for a different item and charge/credit difference to original credit card.  Opened packages will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable and new shipping charges will be added to the exchanged order. 

Return for Refund:
Decided to return product and would like a refund to original credit card charged.  Returns are not subject to a fee provided merchandise is returned in unopened condition. If the package is opened there is a 15% restocking fee.  Original shipping and handling is not refundable. 

Networking Product, and Multimedia Projector sales are final and will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Defective units must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.

Manufacturer's warranties are processed by the manufacturer. For warranty concerns, questions or repairs, please contact the manufacturer.

wealsite.com is not responsible for any product that becomes defective beyond the 15 days of receipt. The customer will have to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

Any order that is refused on delivery, is subject to a 15% processing fee.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS NOT REFUNDABLE.  

EXTENDED WARRANTIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Freight Discrepancy

If you have a product that is damaged by a carrier or lost in transit, or you have an incomplete shipment from wealsite.com, please contact the Customer Service Department.

FAILURE TO NOTE ANY DISCREPANCIES FOR A SHIPMENT
MAY CAUSE YOUR CLAIM TO BE DENIED.

Requests to research a Freight Discrepancy have to be made within 15 days from the invoice date. If they are requested past 15 days, we will be unable to honor your request. Some carriers limit the time we can report a Freight Claim to them; therefore, some freight issues may have additional time restrictions.

When reporting a discrepancy, you are required to include the following information:

1) Sales order or invoice number
2) Serial number product code and quantity
3) Tracking number If a replacement is needed


Return Authorization (RMA) Numbers

Customer Service also issues return authorization (RMA) numbers for new, unopened product, as an additional service.
 

Information needed for RMA numbers includes:
Sales order or Invoice number, Product code(s) (if the product is a kit, please
reference each component part number), Exact condition of product/box, How credit is to be applied, refund or on account.
 
When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:

1. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise, taking care not to damage the original packaging.

2. Do not fill out the manufacturer's warranty card until you are satisfied. We cannot  accept returns of merchandise with completed warranty cards or damaged or missing collateral material.

3. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials, such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc., until you are sure you want to keep the equipment.

4. Keep the Packing Slip with your important records.

5. Read all instruction manuals before testing your equipment.

 

It is assumed that you have read and understood our Return Policy before you place an order.

 


Return Options
 

Unopened, unused products returned for credit: We will refund your money (less shipping fee) within 15 days of purchase date on most products.
To returned factory-sealed items, obtain an RMA number, and return using RMA, and return address we provide with that RMA. If an item is NOT complete and resalable, the return will not be accepted.
Some manufacturers will not accept returns for any reason at all.

Unopened, unused products returned for replacement with another item: Replacements will be treated as a new order.

Replacement Defective Product:
 

1) We will replace most defective items within 15 days of invoice date (after 15 days, submit defective claim directly to the manufacturer with your manufacturer warranty).

2) Returns for replacement must include all product and literature in original packaging and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.

3) Immediate Shipment: We will ship a replacement immediately, charging your credit card for the replacement. A credit will be issued upon confirmation that the defective product has been returned, this may be up to 20 business days after the item is actually returned.

4) Delayed Shipment: Upon receipt and inspection of the defective return and credit from our distributor, we will ship your replacement item.

5) If our distributor determines the item is NOT defective, the return will not be accepted and a handling fee will be charged.


Defective Product returned for credit:

1) We will issue a credit for most defective items within 15 days of invoice date.

2) Returns for credit must include all product and literature in original packaging and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.

3) We will issue a credit (less shipping fee) upon receipt and inspection of the DOA product.

4) If an item is NOT defective, the return will not be accepted.


Non-defective items that have been opened or have a broken seal may not be returned for credit or replacement. We are not liable if you order the wrong product. We do our best to provide complete, accurate descriptions about all items we sell. Since product specifications change often, any uncertainties should be addressed before a purchase is made. Manufacturers will not allow opened, non-defective items to be returned for credit or exchange.


Notes:

1) In some cases, a manufacturer's return policy will supersede ours. In these cases, you must handle any defective replacements or returns directly with the manufacturer. 

2) Keep all packing material and literature in the event a return is necessary

3) Return the product within 15 calendar days after receiving the RMA # to receive credit.

4) Obtaining an RMA does not guarantee credit. Read above policy to make sure your return falls under these guidelines.

5) Please don't return any product without an RMA number.  

6) Individuals who refuse delivery on shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping is nonrefundable.

Items returned without an RMA number will be refused upon receipt

 

 

How do I cancel an order placed?

You may cancel any order that has not yet Billed.

Due to the fact that it takes 24-48 hours for response for e-mails, we cannot cancel any orders through e-mail.

Most orders once received, May Take 24-72 hours to process. Simply e-mail our Customer Service department at:

SHIPPING

When will your order arrive?


To determine when you will receive your order, please consider the following:

(Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

Most items we sell have 24-48 hour availability. With Standard Shipping most products arrive in 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. This means that the fastest you can receive a product is 4-5 business days
(1-2 day availability + 3 days shipping), and the latest you will receive a product is 8-9 business days (1-2 day availability + 7 days shipping ). If you need to receive a package sooner than 4 business days, please contact us.

We offer several shipping methods beside UPS or Federal Express. You have to go to the order form to determine the item(s) you wish to purchase.
Once you select the shipping method and carrier, input the ship to zipcode 
we pull the actual shipping cost from the carriers listed price sheet to calculate your cost.  

Ground - (7 to 10 business days)
3-Day - (3 business days)

Prices are based on total weight of the order and will vary accordingly.

Shipping prices for all products will be listed after an item is added to a shopping cart. Prices will vary with the different shipping methods.

Any high value shipments (Over $5,000.00) must be insured. There is a separate charge of at least 3.9% for insurance which is mandatory.

We do not add markup or any handling fee to these costs! 
 

 

Processing Your Order

We do not ship to alternate shipping addresses.  This means that you must ship to the same address as you are billing. The order must be confirmed at the telephone number that is on the credit card holder's file, with the issuing bank.

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

wealsite.com charges sales tax for orders shipped within Canada only.
We automatically compute and add sales tax to these orders.

 

No sales tax applied to international orders.

 

 



WARRANTY

Items sold by wealsite.com are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
When the item has a manufacturer's warranty, and the warranty period has expired, calls for service or repairs should be referred directly to the manufacturer or their authorized service centers.
Please contact the manufacturer directly and they will assist you with repair or replacements. 

Hardware products are warranted against defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to the batteries used in the  hardware products 

EXTENDED WARRANTIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

 

 

PAYMENT

How safe is it to use my Credit Card online?

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the bottom status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information.

wealsite.com is A Secured Site, This assures that we use state-of-the-art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use.

 

Major credit cards that are accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.                                 

We offer many payment options. Acceptable forms of payment include : Check, money order, COD, wire bank transfer, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

Accounts may be opened after the first purchase. Credit account terms are net 30 days from the date of delivery with approved credit. Any account over 30 days past due is subject to interest at rate of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.

All prices are listed in $ US Funds. But we accept any other convertible currencies. US funds - mainly - stands for reference.


Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number,
which is the address and phone number
your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
